Looking to treat myself to a new monitor to replace my Dell U2414H (older 24" 1080P Ultrasharp). I was thinking of treating myself to either a 27" QHD, 4K or even a 32" 4K Dell Ultrasharp (dependent on how I'm feeling on any particular day!) Then I started seeing reports of issues with significant backlight bleed on newer Dell Ultrasharp models, which is putting me off I have to say! I don't have any backlight bleed issues with my current monitor (brightness set to 75% and hardware calibrated) - panel brightness seems pretty uniform across the screen. My current model has a very narrow bezel (as do the current models) and that seems to be related to the issues being reported.
Any of you guys and gals have any of the newer Dell Ultrasharp model (U2719D, U2721DE, U2720Q or U3219Q) and if so, do you have any issues with the backlight/uniformity across the screen/backlight bleed?
