337/365 - I can see you.....

Another boring cat shot but hey, gotta shoot something with my new lens (which I'm loving by the way!) :D

Looks slightly smaller than f/1.4, my 50/1.4 was on f/1.4 for about a week before I tried anything else

338/365 - My first of many Xmas dinners :D

Shot with the iPhone so excuse the poor quality - the picture that is, the meal was lovely!

Ahhhhh so many cat shots :D

But I do like the DoF Dave, great colours for the background, works really well

That shots just shows how narrow the DOF is on that 1.4 Dave, great bokeh Mate. ;)

Excellent shot mate......................I hadn't realised you had a cat:D

342/365 - A re-shoot of day 313 which I wanted to do in the rain. It didn't really turn out as expected - I was hoping to capture more of the glow around the lights, and the red light trails are not very good. I could've tried a longer exposure but I got soaked taking this, and so did the camera! Oh when will it stop bloody raining?!!!!! :bang::bang::bang:

Very nice but you must be mad to do that  Love that you can see the rain in the lights :)
Thanks Lisa. I did wimp out a bit and used a brolly!

I've blatantly stole yesterday's shot Dave. :)

Isn't a d300 weather sealed? The D90 has had many a soaking and it still works grand. :D
Yes it's weather sealed - but the main problem was the wind blowing the rain onto the front of the lens and mucking up the shots!

From your explanation I can see what you were after Dave. Looks like the traffic was stop start, so that didn't help, let alone the weather.

Bloody typical! It was foggy this morning when I went to work and the shot would have been spot on, except the bloody 'green' council had turned the bloody motorway lights off! :bang:

At first glance I thought you had photoshopped the buildings on, interesting spot Dave ;)

Is the chain clipped on its rug??

Looks like he/ she thought you had a carrot :) Lovely shot.
