No, surprisingly, he's really happy with it. I didn't think he would want a camera at all considering the mickey taking out of me for being a 'camera geek'! :lol:

361/365 - Portland Bill Lighthouse. I had a marathon day out today down in Dorset with Mark (Merc) and Jon (Jollyjack). Here's a shot of Portland Bill Lighthouse. I haven't even looked closely at the other 541 shots! :eek: It was a 4am start so I won't be doing it tonight! :lol::lol:

Thanks Julian, it was a very long day. We hiked for a mile and a half up a mountain (that's what it felt like!) in the dark to be at Muppe Bay for sunrise, but it was flippin cloudy until half hour after the sun had risen :bang:

Just quickly looked at mine m8, some good ones and i dont normal say that, thats a great capture m8, looking forward to seeing the rest, They best be good in all quarters seeing its been an expensive day full off fun, runs, falls and smashes.

363/365 - I spotted this shot in my kitchen - Christmas lights hanging against the double glazed patio door giving a sort of 3-D look. It's been there two weeks but I hadn't noticed it before (probably the alcohol affect! :lol:).
 
You were brave going down there on a day like today ;)

Lovely, classic composition, but prefer your shot the other day, as this looks a little flat in comparison, probably due to the overcast weather I guess.

Yes I agree - this was a welding glass shot and I've strugged to get the WB right.

Thanks jon. It wasn't so windy but there were big rollers coming in and the breeze was on-shore so I did get caught a couple of times - absolutley soaked! :lol:

This shot is still looking a little green but I'm sure it can be sorted with a little more effort and tweaking. Good framing in this shot with the foreground, and congrats on your 365, marvellous effort and some quality in that thread :clap:

Now that's our 365's are over I hope I can catch up with you on some days out in 2010 ;)

I'll be sure to keep an eye in the meeting place forum, plus now I'm moving over to flickr too, so I guess it will be easier to stay in touch.
