Such a shame that the crow wasn't a couple of crows feet from the puddle as that may have allowed you to catch all of it in the puddle, which would have been excellent.
I do like the shot you chose though, it works really well.
It's funny that the two of you made the comments about crows. The crows that follow me because I have peanuts actually were good about posing and I did take some shots of themA nice set Bill. I like the one you've chosen, the framing is lovely.
I'm now expecting a crow pic every week![]()

Thanks Wayne, yeah I liked how the lines of the flag poles and the building looked in the puddle.Super shots there Bill. I like the first one myself.
Thanks Nick.Nice. The one sided composition works really well.
Thank you AdamI like the composition also - nicely done
Thanks Keith, the colour shots are close to SOOC, the light really saturated the colours.Good set again Bill, the b&w shots work especially well, great reflections in the colour shots but maybe they are a bit “too much” when next to the more subdued B&W but that’s just me
Thanks Dave, yeah, I wasn't expecting much on my travels to Steveston but I ended up happy with what I got.A fine set. It's the last one for meThe vertical things and a blob of red

Thanks Simon, light was great that day.Nice set as always Bill. +1 for your chosen shot, but I like the Derby Reach shot too.
Thanks Paul!Another good set Bill! Your chosen one is very good, but I do rather like your first shot - it has a rather ethereal feel to it.

Thanks Adam.
Thanks Kell, truth be told I've been playing with the Nik Collection and some of the images have had bokeh effects added to them. That's a fantastic shot. I love the feel of the whole set.
They have an almost tilt/shift miniature feel to them.
Thanks AllanExcellent set, really like your chosen shot.
Thanks Nick, the snow really made it for meI really like how your chosen shot feels, and how the subject jumps out from everything else.
Thanks PeteAnother lovely set Bill and I find it hard to choose a favourite. The bus shot just wins though.
Thanks Keith, I was playing with auto ISO and had the exposure set at 1/400 to see if it would capture the snowfall, it worked wellGreat set Bill and you’ve picked the best one. Bus really stands out in the scene and have captured the falling snow just right.![]()
Thank you SimonAnother cracking set Bill!
Thanks Dominic, one of my all time favs as wellA good set of images overall, I would have chosen Magic bus too, but I do really like The Who.
Thanks PaulA great set!
Yep, me too, thanks Pete.Plenty to choose from in this series Bill. The one featuring the dogs is an easy favourite for me.![]()
Thanks Wayne!Great set as usual Bill
Spoilt for choice!
Maple Leafs and Beavers...have to love them to be Canadian...just sayin'Great set as ever!
I think I might have gone for "Maple Leaf Disposal" - who knew Canada had such a great problem with Autumn / Fall leaves from just one type of tree?! We just let the leaves stop the trains (sadly true!).
Yeah, I would have liked to use that for the song theme, "I see a red door and I want to paint it black..."All good captures I think my fav is the colour pop door.
Nice set though
I always like a dog shot, and these two were sitting on the steps of one of my favourite coffee shops so I took a couple of quick captures and the little guy in red just stared at me.Good set Bill, really like the door shot but hard to beat a dog pic.
Thanks AllanAs above a good set and hard to choose a favourite
Thanks Phil, it was one of a couple of red doors that I took.Red door on the mono wall for me - really striking graphic image.
Thanks Alan, I do like dog shots but I also like subway/train stations...Not normally keen on animal / pet pictures but this one really works. I also like the red handrails in the train station.
Thanks Simon. All good Bill - I like the door shot.
Thanks Dominic!I do like the red door, it's quite interesting.

Thanks Paul!Great set Bill!
Thanks Simon.Top set again Bill. I quite liked the man sorting boxes outside his shop for the theme but they all work.
Thanks Keith.Good set Bill, really like the reflections on the hanging about shot
