Thanks Kell, yes, I liked that one as well but there was something about the final image (maybe it was my dog...) that made me choose it.Nice set of images Bill. I think I like the Hydrant out of them all.
Thanks Dave, one of many old defunct hydrants around the park...I'm surprised that the grass around them isn't dead...Yeah what a dog park needs is a hydrant! Nice set![]()
Thanks PaulGood set of images Bill
Thank you SimonGood strong set as usual Bill
Thanks Keith, I always like it when others post some more information about the back story of an image so I thought I would as well.Good set of pictures Bill and thanks for the link with more info
Thanks AllanAs someone mentioned above the fire hydrant image works
Thank your Alan.Joining the consensus about the hydrant. . About to follow the link, good to have a backstory
Thanks Alan!Correct decision, it’s a really strong picture, the two components really complement and add to the whole. Nice one

Thanks Simon, I did have an old Olympus OM2 film camera given to me that I've taken out a couple of time. It's definitely a different shooting experience.Great picture, that would be a challenge for me to master. I am far too used to snapping photos and deleting as I go. This would make you really think about each shot.
Thanks Paul, I'm looking forward to it.Good "New" image. Good luck with the the camera!

I decided to go with this one even though the reflection maybe plays more of a supporting role...I just liked it better.

Outstanding image IMO

Thank you Simon, that's very kind.Good set for reflection.
I must get back to using my old film cameras they have been gathering dust for the last few years. That's a nice gift.
I have enjoyed your pictures this year, you put a lot of effort and thought into it.![]()
Thanks Keith, likewise, I'm looking forward to seeing your work in 2026 as well.Like the reflection shots and think you picked the best shot. Look forward to some shots from film & Happy New Year Bill
