Love that bee shot :)

Two really good shots. I'm with Dave, the bee shot is excellent!

Two very nice shots! That bottle is shockingly big :ROFLMAO: and a really nice capture of the bee

My rental for Mondays business trip. We're not allowed to book cars in this class but sometimes we get lucky.

For such a large urban sprawl it amazes me how often the main road is deserted.

First Pike of the season, a little un but first ever on a chatterbait lure so well worth the portrait.

Not a fisherman but pike are pretty cool fish, great markings on them.

Vibrant certainly pops well on that black bg.
Unless you are fishing under the weir at Evesham on the Avon trying to bring a 2lb chub in, Then they are the biggest F............. B............... in the river. The pike chase your catch in like great white sharks leaping out the water to get them.

Yes many is the time I have fought a Pike when reeling home a silverfish. I always enjoy catching on lures as it feels like a bit of Karma/Revenge :)

Ha HA,

I set up the pike rod and with a half pound roach caught it first chuck, i was winding as fast as I could to entertain the Mrs and it came in like a speedboat and nailed it.

12 and 1/2 lb . I was well happy.

Released above their weir!

Nicely caught up, a bit jealous with the Comma. All I've seen this year seems to be Cabbage Whites, a couple peacocks and I've got zero decent shots of any so far.

If it's any consolation, I can't count the times I have crept forward, got the focus, and then watched them fly away as I go to press the shutter.
Lucky to have have a fair few Commas in Bedfordshire this year, I'm sure there's more than last year.

I had this with some crashing waves later over the weekend, but preferred it like this.
