So how did you get photos you have no rights over removed?
The exif information hadn't been removed. So they showed up in a simple Google image search![]()
They weren't actually my images. It just p***es me off to see people stealing. It was an exercise in seeing what could be done as well as getting that particular FB page taken down.

Can you report images that aren't yours?
I've taken the easier route, not to have a facebook account. Social networking for me is down the pub.
Well aware of that Steve. Doesn't stop it being referred to as "copyright theft" and "IP theft" in Australian law.
The word theft doesn't appear once. It can't be theft as under common law, theft is the depriving of a person of their personal property.
