There is probably a very quick and easy answer to this. If I open an image is there any way I can measure the colour temperature of the image? If so can I measure the temp on individual layers?
Reason I want to do this is to try and balance colour temp on a background to match smart object layer or the other way round, etc. If I know what the (average?) colour temp is then I can then take steps to correct individually on layers.
Can anyone help at all? I am using CS5 and will prob use a raw editor to modify the smart object(s) colour temp?
Cheers,
Marcus
