weekly Cobra's 52 surreptitious Shoe-horns for 2016 week 52 celebrate and done

(note to self: when I finally get around to doing one of those sunburst things have something interesting in the FG).
I was just lucky to find it Lion around I guess :D

Thanks for dropping by David :)

Oh my that panda is just gorgeous and beautifully shot. I thought for a moment it was getting a bit of a buzz from whatever it's eating...it's that look in the eyes again!
Apparently, its bamboo or that's what they tell us anyway, perhaps it "Panda nip" as opposed to "Cat nip"? :D

Thanks for dropping by Emma :)

So here we have it, the biggest shorn so far.
A large Red Panda weighs about 14lb I make that a stone (y)
OMG

But hey, agree that is your best horn yet, and a very nice pic too, a great sparkle in them eyes, must be all that veg :D

Stone Lion... nice touch with the sunburst popping through, good timing.

Third one... Nah, not for me at all...were you bored

Stone - good shoe horn the red Panda is lovely. I like the starburst on the stone lion too.

So what did you expect me to post Eh? :D

One Meerkat looking simple

No 1 for me lovely catch light in the eye

Awww I shall complain to the Meerkat Protection Society ...I love them :) definitely the first one ...he's giving you 'a look'
That one always looks stupid, where do you think the expression "Simples" came from? :D

Just had to be these from you mate :D the top one of the two is my pic, I hope the bottom two are wrestling :)
The bottom two were actually playing hide the sausage, well that is the top one was trying to, and the bottom one, wasn't over keen on the idea :D

Simple but effective Eh? :D

  • Stone - You're showing your age if you're weighing in lbs and stones, you'll be pricing things up in LSD next. Very nicely taken sharp shot and a very startled look on his face. What were you doing to him?
  • Simple - I love the first shot, such a cheeky look on his face :) squeek.

Well Mr.C., nicely sharp on the eyes and those claws .. yikes! What on earth are they up to in #2 .. back scratching?

Ah ... another vicious-looking caged animal. Plus missionary position bonus shot. (y)

Thanks for the kind comments guys, they are appreciated

( / goes off to edit my thread title, I do the other ones for the 52's and forget mine :D )

Well it had to be a meerkat for this week, didn't it?!?

Nicely done, but it's definitely oversharpened - same problem rearing its head! It's a shame because it does detract from the image for me (makes it look too processed) and I know it's not your doing!!

Thought as much from you

Oddly enough... that's a game I enjoy too :)

What else could it have possibly been Paul? :D

but it's definitely oversharpened -
Thanks Paul :)

I've softened and darkened the hairs on the back of its head, does it look any better?

where the forum is still doing its thing!
I think I mentioned before the Marcel was looking at a "new" image host, following on from quite a few observations, that images were erm, a bit crap.
I'll have to remind him.

and don't want to keep going on about it so I'll stop there!!
LOL no worries Paul, its all fair comment, I'll try posting a little of the "soft side" next time and see if that's any better ...

And be honest when I do :)

Love the red panda and the meerkat has a great expression in the first shot - brilliant!

There was a programme on recently whereby they tried to explain how someone had taught a sliver back to communicate
using sign language, was it mimicry or a reasoned attempted to communicate?

However this one left me in no doubt what he was trying to say, you can clearly see the second word is off :D

This one has always been one of my favourite piece of sign language :D

Not sure what the sign language is in the wolverine pic  but i like it :D

Its obviously [PLEASE DON'T TRY TO BYPASS THE SWEAR FILTER] :D
Or even maybe he was just calling me an a******e when I asked for a gob shot :D

That's a beautiful shot of the silver back Chris - very expressive. If by chance you didn't get the message, then the wolverine is giving you the visual interpretation in Sign. I like the Re-shoot best for the sharp focus on the eyes and the detail

Love the gorilla shot :)

The signing gorilla is actually a 44 year old female called Koko.
She was good "friends" with Robin Williams, and apparently cried when told of his death.

Quick catch up from me

Stone isn't a shoehorn at all if you think laterally, or have been on the dope again, and he's cute into the bargain :D

Simple :dummy:I said no meerkats.....and I think the reshoot is the best of the three shots

Signs is a cracker. Such expression on that face and giving you the come on by the looks of it
