In what way does it not work?
Does it not power up, or does the software not install, is the light coming on?

Exactly. Waste of my bloody time.
Light comes on, scanner is recognised, and instead of getting into action, it just makes a VERY Audible click.
I've not owned a scanner for about 10+ years, but you used to get an awful noise if you tried operating it with the 'transit lock' on. Just a thought.![]()
