Hi,
I got the above mentioned camera back in October. Since then i have had nothing but problems with it. Firstly i had markings on my photos when taking pictures with an aperture size of around f8 which i sent back for repair. It came back the other day, no problems so i presumed it was sorted. I took it out for a few test pictures when i noticed on some images that there were some hot pixels in the image. I took two images in the dark to see the extent of the hot pixel problem and it appears to be all over the images, not in one area.
Needless to say i have put another request in for repair... only having just got it back. I pointed out in my mail that i wanted a replacement or a refund as this seems to be an ingoing issue with this camera but insist on repairing it, reducing my photo shooting time.
Has anyone else had problems like this before? If you have how did you deal with the situation? I'm not trying to give anyone a bad name here but if there is a constant problem with a product then surely it just simply needs replacing and not constantly getting repaired?
I attach two pictures taken with no light, you can clearly see the white patches even without having to close in.
