Cheers Dr_O!I'm willing to bet that Stewart, whose business is lenses as you can see, is not confusing a DO lens with an L lens given that Canon only make 2 DO lenses and neither have L designation.
Given that he also provided a link and Mark gave you the benefit of the doubt, I think it's slightly disrespectful and not helpful to continue to assert your view on the price of this lens when it's obvious you don't know what a DO lens is.
