Where's the cheapest (and reputable) place to buy now that Panamoz have whacked their prices up?
Well Panamoz still have body only listed at £1825 shipped. Don't know if that is something that was missed when the y updated the other pricing.
£1825 if you pay by BACS.I've just checked body only is over £2k at the moment.
Yeah, but is it worth the risk?
Hi guys,
Does anyone own a:
Canon 600EX RT?
How well does this work with the MK3?
I'm looking to take the plunge in May and get a MK 3. But looking at using the 600 with my 400D also.
and want to use the 600 off camera too
I use these Yongnuo triggers with my 580EXII, both with my 5DMKIII and 60D. Even though the 60D has a wireless trigger it still doesn't work as well as these triggers.

Only cost about £50-£60 for a pair.

Thanks guys,
Think ill have to save for the ST-E3-RT transmitter as spending £400 on the flash. Ill look at Eneloop batteries.

Lovely shot, very clean. Every now and then i get my 60D out and am amazed at the difference in ISO qualities between that and my 5DMKIII.
I was out testing my new 24-70 last night and took this at ISO 12800

One thing i hate about the 5DMKIII is the fixed LCD. I used the flip out one on my 60D all the time for tripod shots. As im over 6ft tall it came in handy.
I understand why they did it though.

This is the main thing that puts me off upgrading from the 60D. Can anyone recommend an external screen? I've found this but it seems to be mains powered. One thing i hate about the 5DMKIII is the fixed LCD. I used the flip out one on my 60D all the time for tripod shots. Nah, I've never got on with back button AF. I find its not needed most of the time and clumsy to use. I've tried on on numerous occasions over the past few years but always go back to the standard settings.
For me just holding down the DOF button for AI servo when I need it is much easier. I don't use AI Servo much so its not a big deal.
Thanks anyway. I don't want to debate this, it's a personal thing, i know lots of people like doing it this way but I know what works for me.![]()
