I have been using this lens this afternoon. and now i have uploaded the pictures into lightroom, This lens has some serious amount of vignetting at 12mm (maybe not helped by my UV filter) even at f22 the vignetting is still visible, and the usable range starts around 16mm.
Additionally the problem seems to get worse under bad light. I got 2 shots both with 12mm settings and f11. One is in a fair decent light with ISO800 and 1/60, the other one is getting pretty dark even with ISO 2400 i needed 1/40. its the 1/40 that showed vignetting while the other didn't.
The vignetting is not very obvious as i couldn't detect it on the LCD but it's blatant enough for me to notice it on the screen later on.
I will post some pictures later, but do you have similar issues?
I know maybe i shouldn't be using the 12mm, but it saves me walking a few steps (actually quite a lot of steps) also it catches really nice wide range of things.
shooting in snow fall is hard, have no idea of ways to keep the snow flakes off the lens.
