Perhaps it was another one of Jessops pricing errors. Andy is usually pretty good at spotting them and making Jessops suffer for it![]()

and again - where do you see 249 price ? 337 is OSD and jessops is 379 with the online code. amazon is 337 .

LOL!
Nah, that was a genuine price promotion - was on their site for a few days.
The Sony 100mm f/2.8 at £299 was definitely a mis-price I think though!
gotta love jessops !![]()
I would sell my kidney for a 699quid a850 !![]()
They are often on Ebay for that price - but always a scam!

Are you sure there is an HSM version of the 50-500 in Sony fit?
Good Q. The advert said "Note - this is the NON HSM version." - led me to assume it was the lesser cousin of two
12-24mm , 30mm f1.4 seems to have hsm
not in Sony fit

I'm a nice chap ! just for you to know !
on more serious note - there is one for 50quid here in TP . I think you have better chances to sell it in evilbay, just remember that they take around 12% total of the amount you'll get from sales.
Not been around for a while - but just noticed how cheap the 16-80mm CZ is:

Cheaper than the 16-105mm I have.
I hear Sony are replacing it though, so maybe this is why? Wondering whether this is worth the upgrade for me?
ha you gotta b coming from Yorkshire( from Barnsley originally before escaping over Woodhead Pass ) , yes saw the one for sale at £50 , prob right re evilbay , I just hate paying them fees.

here's some schematics, f2.8-3.5 aperture eh?
Just got me the a450 to replace my a200, and I'm lovin it!! I am still very much at a basic level with my photography, but I can easily start with the 450 where I left of with the 200. The extra MP and 7fps is just great and I really look forward to having as much fun with this as I did with the a200.
Now to remember how to change my sig :bonk:
