Hoping to have another DSLR shortly, not sure whether to come back with another Sony or not, still no A700 replacement?
Yep, unveiled (sort of) at PMA.

Capture One or Lightroom 2. Rawtherepee is excellent, but its buggy lately.
I have a special colour profile for my A900 as Adobe don't get Sony colours right in ACR / Lightroom but its fine after the profile is installed. Lightroom 2 handles Sony high ISO poorly. My A900 is quite clean up to ISO1600 in Capture 1, but blotchy chroma noise in LR2.
DxO is dire - nasty nasty software.
Has anyone got the Sigma 30mm F1.4 on their Sony/Minolta DSLR?
There are none on ebay for Sony/Minolta monut but quite a few for Canon/Nikon:razz:
Thanks for the reply do you have any images you have taken with it I could see?
I'll try and get some up today, only had it for about a week (hasn't been to the stages yet), I'll try to get some good examples of the sharpness.
This seems like a great price for this lens: http://www.calumetphoto.co.uk/item/993-479N/
Carl Zeiss 135mm f/1.8 - £774
andy..glad they've arrived safely...the 70-400 is indeed a belting piece of glass, and i'm damn sure you won't be dissapointed with it.no doubt there'll be times when i wished i'd have kept it,but not enough use to warrant keeping it..
You can go get your 50mm back now

I've might have squad selection Sunday

Take you on ya old puff![]()

Anyone used Ian Hobday on Ebay? He's got a lens on there I'd like. Seems to do a lot of Minolta stuff...

i can't kick that high these days![]()

Oh, and which one? He's got some lovely lenses in at the moment, as is almost always the case. Had him on my saved sellers list for ages, occasionally I'll look at his stock and drool!
