Although to be fair, salad cream with lemon juice and a touch of Cayenne works just as well :)

As above a drop of Lemon juice and a sprinkling of Cayenne Yum :)
 
Best use for mayo. - mashed in with tuna and finely chopped spring onions.

Marmite! Now we're talking. Marmite coated crusty bread dipped in Heinz cream of tomato soup. Oh yes.
