A few on a decent brekkie maybe, but no way could I eat beans on toast! :)

In my case, I find myself adding salt, pepper, a bit of tomato sauce and some vinegar in the tin before pouring the lot into a saucepan, this way at least I can actually bring the taste back to them.
 
Great on baked potato. Great on toast with a bit of vinegar but, best with a good bit of cheddar grated into them as they heat and then on good toast.

HAVE ever looked at the sugar content in HBB - While beans are good for you the sugary tomato sauce they come in is not.......Also good for the colon.....for reasons stated above.

And the empty cans can be fashioned into a rudimentary communication device that can with enough string span the back gardens of two mates, however beware of frost on the line this can be an issue with this particular telecoms device.

Not if you put slices of cheese down first.

Also, there appears to be too much juice in beans now. I take out the excess before heating the beans.

Beans on cheese on toast, better than grating the cheese into the beans. Or beans in a bowl with a lump of crusty bread spread thick with butter. :)

Beans were a staple in my house growing up, almost every lunch time. I still love them, but as mentioned above they are loaded with sugar so i don't often have the now. Beans and brown sauce and maybe worcester sauce to if i'm having just beans on toast. I do also like them with fried egg or cheese.

As for cold out of the tin, nothing beats ambrosia devon custard.

One stupidly thick slice of granary bread, beans on top, and a poached egg on top of that :woot:
 
I prefer Branston baked beans. Love to stick them on a low heat, knob of butter, pepper or a dash of chilli sauce and let it cook slowly over 5-10 mins. Love it with well-buttered toast. A couple of eggs with a runny yolk (boiled, fried or poached) is lush. I love the taste of baked beans mixed with hot runny egg yolk.
