Unlikely to see it in Wales unless it's a major event. That's it!
I had a look out at about 11 pm but there was no sign. I like my sleep so that was it for me.

There was a biggie earlier this year so we went up a local hill, there was some cloud with some breaks in it, we hung around for an hour or so but then gave up as it appeared to be getting more cloudy, turns out if we had waited for a further hour we would have seen it.
One thing I have been wondering is how long do these things take to arrive and how long do they last. The alert yesterday was in the afternoon but there doesn't seem to be any indication when the peak visibility will be and how long the event will last. Anyone got any idea?
Well, there's a surprisingly clear sky and a balmy 12C. Off out for a few hours to see what can be seen until the midgies rip me apart.
