So I have 2 Android phones (don't ask) both linked to the same Google account. Google seems to like this and both phones can log into the same account at once.
On one phone I have "automatically backup photos" set to on. Every time I take a pic it syncs with Google which syncs it with my Macs. Awesome. I can also see these pictures in the photos app on my other phone (because online).
On the other phone, every time I try to set "automatically backup photos" to on, it gives an error that it it "unable to change account". The active account in Photos settings is set to "no account" but according to Google I can only change that when I have turned backup photos to on. At any rate it tells me "unable to change account" if I try to select it. FWIW it's running Ice Cream Sandwich. Yes, that's embarrassing to admit.
Any ideas? Google is strangely silent on all of this. Also, calling an app "photos" makes it really hard to Google for.....
