Salmond speaking at 21:00 tonight. Last ditch attempt to win over the undecided. I thought Gordon Browns speech was very good.
I wonder what will happen about the security services- MI5, MI6 etc
Would Scotland do without?
What will happen about protecting the country from cyber threats?
What about extremists? Jihadists?
lets face it you also need to look at some other specialist parts of the MOD such as Royal Marines, SAS and such,

Just about to head into Perth City centre - to take my daughter to an appointment.
I've now discovered Salmond and the Yes mob are also here tonight at the concert hall
I'll need to hang about for an hour so may take the camera.
Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon are performing in my local tonight so I'll see what they have to say.
Detail my friend, detail....Don't worry about silly little things like that...In a socialist nirvana nobody will do harm, they are pacifist, they are lovers, they'll sit on the fence and watch, nobody will harm them....I wonder what will happen about the security services- MI5, MI6 etc

Did they look like this?
No, actually.
Are you scaremongering![]()
We've got John Smeaton on standby.
No, actually.
I'm wondering what provision Scotland would have to implement these type of services for its own defence.
The Country Formerly Known as the United Kingdom would not have to provide this service to the New Country.
Would Scotland have access to GCHQ?
These are very important considerations in today's World with credible threats to Western nations.
I should say I am in England any genuine enquiry is scaremongeringNo, actually.

Why is it a joke? If you knew the tune you'd understand.Salmonds just walked on accompanied by rock music - what's all that about. What a joke !

Are you Scottish?Rocked up - big drums. Perhaps more impactive and could be taken seriously if it it was played on a traditional instrument. Would of been more emotive it was. A truly horrible musical arrangement !
Are you Scottish?
I thought no reporting was allowed via broadcast media until after the voting has finished?should be good TV today - starting at 10am

No, I'm merely implying that if he was Scottish, his view may have been slightly different. At the end of the day, there are more important issues to be sorted out than which music should have been/not been played. Are you suggesting being Scottish removes one's sense of aesthetics?![]()
Not really much point in being petty now though, is there?Bottom line - if the yes / no case was put in front of a court of law or a clued up panel - we'd be looking at a clear no.
Despite how lame the yes campaign is, I accept everybody's vote counts equally however, I suspect Salmond's childlike, cringeworthy and frankly irresponsible campaign will succeed by snagging enough of those with no political interest or know how.
It'll just be all the usual stuff from the last few weeks/months rehashed.I thought no reporting was allowed via broadcast media until after the voting has finished?
Which is not allowed. Not even news paper headlines are in relationship to the Scotland vote are allowed to be broadcasted. Very strange rule I think. It'll just be all the usual stuff from the last few weeks/months rehashed.
What? Just today you mean? Didn't know that. It will all be this poll said this, that poll said that etc.Which is not allowed. Not even news paper headlines are in relationship to the Scotland vote are allowed to be broadcasted. Very strange rule I think.

criticising the media coverage as portraying an image of Scotland as a country which is about to fall apart at the seams. They stated that whilst the debating had been robust, the vast majority of it has been good natured. They also criticised the no campaign for exaggerating claims of aggression.
