I have been having issues with colour casting with printing with my Canon IP4850.
I print using LR3 and as far as I can tell I am doing it right but I may have missed something.
When I print using the canon profile I some times get a green/blue cast where using printer managed colours I have no issue.
When printing there's no "no management" option I can see as it seems that LR does this for you. There is another colour options as well as the menu however and I haven't changed any settings in there.
Here is an example of what I mean. This is a photo from my wedding I have rights to print which I know was done on a calibrated monitor, though I did the colour select.
Left was printer managed right was Canon profile for the Glossy Plus 2 paper I am using. I am using non standard inks so this may screw it all up, but the printer came with these and I wasn't overly impressed by that.
Will a custom profile fix this? or am I just missing an option somewhere?
Some images do seem to print just fine using the profile but these tend to be nice warm images so I am wondering if it's the inks screwing it up?
