Okay,
Last year, end of September time, I bought a lighting kit off ebay. When it arrived i noticed there were parts missing, but, in the kit was an extra umbrella which the seller had accidently included instead of the other parts.
So I contacted the seller, I sent back the umbrella, and I was awaiting the other parts. He said he'd get them sent out.
I'm still waiting.... the seller has ignored my emails in the past, so I've had to make phone calls to them to remind him he hasn't sent out my equipment. Usually get fobbed off with an excuse like "im away with work at the moment"
Finally spoke to him on the phone about 1 month ago, and he said he has lost the parts, but would go to Calumet to purchase them, and send them.
Emailed him yesterday demanding the parts to be sent out, I priced up each part and said he either sends them out, or makes a partial refund.
Got a reply today, he's asking if I can send the whole kit back and he'll refund it all, which I am NOT doing, as the kit is in use, and i don't have time or the money to buy another kit to replace it.
As the sale was around 4 months ago, ebay/paypal can't do anything, which I understand, because the problem should have been sorted ages ago.
Can anyone advise me on what to do?
