After a blanking starter, I was surprised by a 3!

xxxxx, xxyyg, ggggg.
 
A slightly phewy 5 for me too.

xxxyx, xyyxx, xygxx, xxgxg and a while wondering before I spotted the ggggg.
 
Standard 3 again. Rather unpromising start with only one B but next guess gave XXOXO and only a couple of posssibilities — not a word that will leap to mind I think.
 
3 for me today 1G, 1Y, using starter and alternative and even though it didn't look promising I could only come up with 2 or three words that would fit and another right guess gave me 5G.
 
4 today. Somewhat unlikely word but the only one left after my 3rd line.
 
Not too unhappy with a 4.

My third day with a 3 :banana:
1g, 1g 3y, 5g

It can only go downhill from here :ROFLMAO:

edit: I've just checked the stats and apparently there was only one solution after my second guess. That really surprised me, especially as I didn't take forever to think of it, like I often do.
