A bit of fun - WORDLE. (NB, US spelling!) No spoilers please

3 for me. A single y from my first guess became ggyyy (in that order) on guess 2 then I could only think of what turned out to be the solution.
 
4 for me. Should have been a 3 but Mr Phark-Hewitt here reused 2 of his ys in the same place for guess 3...
 
A tricky one for me today, halfway through I was struggling but at least I had eliminated nearly half the letters and ended up with a 5, 1Y, 1Y, 2Y, 2G 2Y, 5G.
 
4 today. Kicking myself as it should have been. 3 as I had XOOBO at 2nd row and mistakenly reused the 4th letter instead of putting it at 1 where it plainly had to go and would give only one possible answer :mad:
 
WOW! A very rare 2 for me! Not sure why I picked my starter but it got me ggy and the y could only go in one of the positions so it was effectively a gxggx rather than the xyggx it showed as. I could only think of one word that fitted (that also fits the norm for Wordle).
 
Same here. yy converted to yyy then up to ggyy (with both of the ys needing to go in specific places so effectively gs). Made the solution fairly obvious (the letter I needed was the first...)

Edit to add:
SCOREDLE says 46 possibles after my first line of which around half look quite common to me so fluke, I think.

A 3 today, but a bit of an unusual one I had 1G 2Y after my opening guess but struggled to come up with words that would fit and most started with one of the yellows. After I had eliminated that on second guess 2G 2Y there was only one word I could think of that would fit 5G.
 
4 for me today 2Y, 1G 2Y, 3G, which narrowed it down to just a few words and I chose the most obvious to me 5G.
