A frustrating fail for me this morning - couldn't see the wood for the trees!!!

xxyxx, yxxgx, xgxgx, xgxgg, xgggg, xgggg. In my defence, I wasn't aware that the last 2 I tried were really words - I only tried them because the solution simply didn't occur to me!

There‘s a reason why words like today’s are particularly tricky which obviously I can’t state at present

Disappointing 3 today . Should‘ve been 2, I put in the correct answer which had been my immediate thought on getting 4 correct in first line but then pondered and switched to another of the only 3 possibles (WORDLEBOT)

A first for me today, I had to resort to a dictionary as I couldn't think of any words that would fit after my 4th go, I had the start middle and last letter and luckily could only find one word to fit so a 5 today.

xxxxg didn't improve on guess 2 but guess 3 saw xyyxg. Couldn't see many options and the first I tried was (unusually!) the right one.
