Sorry there has to be one, big-head, show-off, smart-arse, call be what you will....but I'm proud of what I've achieved.
I've shed over 3.5 stone since the beginning of the year.
Motivation........HEALTH, heart problem, what bigger motivation does one need?
I went from over 14.5 stone to 11.
Method.......simple, will power, cut out all the junk and eat LESS, it's not rocket science.
I'm 70, and next month (20th) and I'm booked in for a Pacemaker.....I'm hoping to see 80+ if I'm lucky.
I also walk vigorously 4 miles a day, rain or shine, but that contributes hardly anything to the weight loss, equivalent to 3 slices of bread or so.
The down side is, it's bl***y expensive, I've had to buy a complete new wardrobe (no, not the wooden thing) but what goes inside it.
I HATE buying clothes, the only thing that still fitted me were my sox, shoes and hankies.
