Official Talk Leica thread

I've just been playing about with some Q3 images I've found on't interweb, is there a reason that Lightroom does not have the Leica Look presets/profiles for raw files as lightroom does have the camera and film presets for all other cameras? I always thought that Adobe create their own to mimic the camera profiles, but does each manufacturer supply Adobe with them?
 
I do not think LR has "lens profiles" for the Leica Q cameras if that is what you mean.......... something to do with the fact that the correction is already made in the DNG and jpeg files, (presumably as they have fixed lenses???)

If you are looking for the so called "Leica look" as a preset then that's a different question

No idea Toby, Adobe created their own interpretations but sometimes manufacturers lend assistance. You’re on a slippery slope now (looking at images), you wife will be wondering when you are going to pop the question…….

Yep Leica Look not lens profiles, I did say Leica Look Presets in the original post :p ;)
