may sound daft but keep your eyes out on gumtree.that place is currupt.always scams and dodgy stuff for sale

what im trying to say is look at the d90 when released the value droped then rose then droped then rose. i have had one a year and have virtualy lost nothing on it yet becuse they arent depriciating as bad as others because 1.the camera won an award.and 2.was the best in class for along time...

id go for the better body with the kit lens for now and then save up for the lenses you like..easier to improve your lenses overtime than improve ** body.pluss the d7000 should hold its value pretty well compared to the dated but brilliant d90.just my opinion :)

hi i have the sigma its a great lens and mines sharp at 2.8 too never had a problem with it,i do find 9/10 im shooting at f4 or above.i hear the canon f4 is super sharp at f4.i think if you get the sigma like me you will shoot at f4 and above almost all of the time.

very wide and sharp.seems the tokina is a good lens then. how does the af and build quality compare to others in this range? thanks

is that because of IQ and the lower aperture? not looked at the tokina. the 10-20 just jumps out as the normal path thanks

maybe a waste of a thread but im stuck in a hotel bored so here goes ok so at the moment i have a d90 with these lenses AFS 18-55DX (kit lens) 50mm f1.8 sigma 70-200 f2.8 heres my thought.get rid of the 18-55 and then get a sigma 10-20 and a tamron 28-75. so i would have 10-20...

i was going to go but cant get there this year due to transport so will have to miss it. its a great day out and free :D
