Thanks gman, thats a raw file, just resized for the forum using lightroom 4.1, also found using the D800 over my old D3s that with such large file's you have to be spot on with focus, I have dumped many OOF images.

FlashP, your right about set up, for a few weeks I kept going back into the menu's and tweaking here and there, pp is not bad, if you take your time you can tweak the hell out of the files.

There will be one file that lightroom can't read so it won't load any of them, hope you don't have many file's because when it happened to me, I imported one at a time, got to number 21 and bingo that was the file, removed the file and the rest loaded as they should, hope this helps.

The D4 is a cracking camera and I would have had one, but do to ageing wrist's it would be to heavy as was my D3s, so I'v gone D800 (when it get's here) :-)
