I would stick with my d90 which is well beyond my capabilities

I think the D50 combo will work well, its what I used for a couple of years. I dont think the premium for the d60/70 is worth it. I would definately do what the above poster said and play with the controls and size of camera to see what you prefer.

Sorry nikon fitment to d90

Its very nice except I have a 50mm 1.4, which on a crop sensor I guess is pretty close to 85mm. I have started another thread to see if its worth getting the 35mm 1.8 (cannot afford another 1.4) or maybe even sell the 50mm
