Currently using a lower 202aw sling bag but i am getting near outgrowing it so aim thinking of an upgrade would need to hold 500d 50mm 1.8 18-135mm 70-200mm f4l Flash Rocket blower Leads Charger etc I also have a sigma 50-500 but don't need that to go in the bag Not too bothered about...

I have the Jessops 360AFD Like you i dont do much flash photography and it works for me personally and it think it will cover the work you want it to do in your post above It is TTL with both manual and auto settings is fully rotatable both sideways and up and down so is good for bouncing ...
