I hope so, or my idea may be flawed.....
What's the maximum you would pay for a postcard? What about a pack of 3?
I've seen some postcards on sale for over £2 in some places....
Hey all
It will be a small number, probably no more than 100 so it will be a limited run.
My aim to find a reasonable compromise in terms of finish and paper quality than focussing on finding the cheapest possible printer.
Whilst I don't think it will make me a millionare, my intention is to...
Hey all
Time for once a year check in. I was wondering if some of you may be able to offer me some advice.
I've recently been asked to do a lecture pulling together a set of images from various expeditions over the past few years. As is customary with these outdoor lectures you get a little...
Hi all
Just checking in for some advice.
Now I am back from my travels, I am wanting to experiment in a few different areas if photography particularly portraiture.
Knowing next to nothing about lighting I figured I would invest in an off camera flash for my EM5.
After picking up my jaw from...
Thanks for the feedback and kind comments.
Well the thought of another trip did cross my mind ;).
Lovely work from Jake Stangel, I will be sure to check out some more of his stuff. It could be a case of expanding my other photographers for inspiration, I certainly feel in a bit of a bubble at...
Hi guys
Its a long time since I have been on here, but hoping for a bit of advice and some food for thought.
Over the past 2 years I have been travelling by bike in various locations across the world, currently riding the length of South America.
Over that time I have been pushing my...
Some valid points for me to consider.

It might be worth importing some of the files I'm having problems with on to my desktop machine and looking at...
Thanks for the replies.
GX7 had completely passed me by! Oly EM5 looks pretty good as well probably leaves me with a little bit of money left over for some new glass!
Hi all
Its a long time I've been on here but as usual there seems to be some great advice.
A few years ago I took the m43rds route (GF1) after a few years of SLR ownership. For me the format works really well for the sort of human powered adventures I'm undertaking, its portable enough to take...
After doing a bit more reading over the past couple of days I'm sort of torn between:
- Velbon Luxi L
- Silk Sprint Pro
I'm eering towards the Silk at the moment.
Sod's law soon as I get hold of a good condition Gf1 they announce the G3.
The price will have to drop a loooong way before I get interested in the G3.
For anyone interested in using filters with the GF1 its worth noting that there is a Lee RF75 filter holder which will significantly reduce the bulk of the filter holder.
There is an additional circular polarizer that clips on. Thats all.
Its something I'm looking at currently.
I originally ordered a Red Snapper and whilst its a great tripod it is way too heavy for my intended use.
Current thinking is the Modo Maxi.
I'm also looking for something under £100 which is portable and packs up sufficiently well to put in a rucksack...
