I guess any card can develop a fault. I would reformat and test extensively before chucking it myself. In fact I would get in touch with lexar god a replacement!

What camera are you using? I assume you are using built in commander mode? You can set the commander output to -- which means zero, or as good as anyway.

Have to agree, some stunning images there with great use of light and composition.
