Loxley Mounting issue?

Since January, I've had 3 separate clients complaining that prints that were printed and mounted onto card by Loxleys are starting to blister. None of the images (which were given to them framed) were located near a heat source, such as a radiator.

I'm in the process of taking this up with Loxleys, but I would be interested to know if anyone has recently had the same issue.

Ive had a few issues with loxley in the last few month's and now use menor for framed work, very local to you have you tried them?
