Not a book but I would highly recommend Landscape Photography Magazine. If you subscribe to Platinum Service, it will cost £45 for 12 issues but you do get access to all back issues (approximately 40 of them).

Yep, ditto. Nice bulky construction, confident filters wont break or bend. The pouch with all 10 filters does get a little heavy and cumbersome but very good quality. If you slide the filters up the right way when putting them in their velvet sleeves, you can see the graduation lettering and...
