what to do
erm... don't really want to use a tele converter for loss of light and quality after spending so much on a decent lens to begin with.. and I think my budget realistically has to be £800 max really, can't justify my use for a £1000+ lens especially on a Canon 550D- IanC2601

what to do
As I build my equipment up, one of the subjects I want to get into is motorsport photography and I have the kit lens 70-300 canon but am gonna need a good quality prime lens of similar.. 300mm but no way can afford the prices charged.. :shake: any idea's as I don't yet have enough posts to...- IanC2601

new gear..
Not sure if this is the correct location for this post but regarding equipment.. I bought and recieved 2 new items the other day, a canon EF 50mm F/1.8 prime lens and a Nissin Di622 mkii flashgun.. Not really done a lot with them both yet, only a couple of experimenting shots but i'm very happy...- IanC2601

At last..! and hello
Hi all, I have finally joined the world of Digital SLR's.. Yesterday I bought a Canon 550D and I can't wait to get started. I may be asking LOTS of questions as I only have basic knowledge of photography.. Regards- IanC2601
