So my EOS R broke today during an event shoot, think it might be motherboard related.
Fault 1: Av mode making a correct assessment of the scene on a half shutter but then changing the shutter speed completely on press (going from 1/160 to 1/2000 for example)
Fault 2: after a few more hours...
XT2 body around £500 but I would consider that the high end now given the XT3 release. Remember that price is only going to go down now, so sell quick if you need to.
Kit lens £250ish probably
35 f2 £150ish.
Just rough guesses, Remember its not just ebay prices (minus fees) you have to account...
Going on monday, mainly for the video aspect for work. Should be interesting as we are currently investing in some new kit for the year so lets see how good some of these sales people are!

I purchased 2 smartflashes a year or so ago, decent flashes for the size and super easy to use. Generally if your starting out its a no brainer and you really wont need anything more powerful. Of course their missing some of the more advanced features found on the more expensive models across...
jealous, but no. I cant even fathom how you got a pass the first time around, I thought these things had Whitehouse style clearance before giving them out!
Im sorry but you can not compare the manfrotto to the redsnapper and come out with 'redsnapper is better'
The redsnapper is horrible to adjust and is pretty prone to actually falling apart due to its twist design. For the money its good but really with the budget in mind its not a company to...
