I'm thinking of getting a nikon d3100 but I was wondering if the settings LCD display is backlit? I do a lot of night photography so it would be advantages. Couldn't find an answer on google

Ah I see, I use a remote at the moment but a cable shutter should let me do this? Thanks for your help

you'll have to stay in your grandstand seat for qualifying and the race but you are free to sit anywhere on the track for friday practice spa has plenty of hilly bits next to the track where you can sit and take photos over the security fence so definitely worth it

I find that when I focus on the cars on track, the fence is barely visible anyway
