Just bought some spare batterys for the camera.. only thing is the original, new canon battery will not work now. i have read the back of battery and the canon one says 720 mAh and the spare says. 900mAh... any ideas.. cheers

I have noticed some dust witch i think must be inside the camera.. You can see a shadow on some of my pics.. its not on the lens or view finder because i have cleaned them.. It is a canon 400d and i think it might be on th plate inside the body. Any tips for removing it as i dont want to...

thanks for taking the time MMCP42 I have just removed the lens and flicked up the little glass plate inside the body. it must have been stuck it is now working.. is this common.. cheers

battery is full ..the lens is the standard canon zoom 18-55mm cheers

Help ... just took delivery off a 400D It will not work... The shutter works without the lens ..but when the lens is on it wont... please tell me its something simple and that i dont have to send it back.. totally pi---d off ... HELP..

just phoned my friend .. he said the camera the lens is off is a canon eos 500n what do you think cheers

So. if it is off a canon camera it should fit..i think its off a 35mm slr. not a digital.. Cheers
