Show us yer film shots then!

Cheers Jonathan ,I didnt realise it was large format,so just amazing quality, and a whole another thing to think about. I did use to shoot plenty of slide and print on 35mm,but never got to med,or large, then went digi, but lately I feel a huge urge to go back to film and enjoy the creativity and...

Show us yer film shots then!

Stunny,Woodsy,a perfect reason to shoot film and inspire folk like me to buy a med format type system. I am getting a little fed up with Digitall being so clinical and a little to perfect at times,if you understand what I am trying to say. The first two and the one of the Tor are stunning.

    D300 or D700 for motorsport

The high ISO performance and picture quality of the D700 is fantastic, and the ability to crop without lodsing much, however you will need a battery pack to up the frame speed. With that glass ,FX is the way to go,but many extremely good togs on here use the D300 and get fantastic results at...

    Flickr is so annoying now

Well I bought a pro account and wished I had not bothered ,it's very slow and very labour intensive ,the whole process of saving pics for flickr, then even worse for posting pics, and the whole site is over complicated ,hard to work out and disapointing, frankly. Pons

Thinking of swapping my Nikon D700 for a Nikon D3

Hi Ian , Well here's one D700 owner that is sellling one,my big hands find it very fiddly,I hate the small joystick on the back when changing focus points, find it slow and awkward . I dont like the colours much, dont seem very natural, and need to much processing. I miss the faster shutter...

    A bit cheesed off actually!........

Firstly ,I know Flavio well as a friend and occasional photographic, and as a M/Sports enthusiast, mainly Rallies and Hill-climbs,shoot for myself and for fun. Through Flavio ,I went to a few Equine Events and joined British Eventing ,and used my camera on several events, finding the experience...

    A bit cheesed off actually!........

Flavio, There is a small nucleus of regular togs at these events that hate anyone appearing on the turf, have had it myself, however I am not easily moved or swayed by such ignorant behaviour, and shall continue to fight this at every opportunity I get,as I am sure you will. Your problem is you...

    Nikon 70-200mm Vs 80-200mm?

The 80-200 is superb, lightning quick AF,and seriously sharp. Mine is used for m/sport mainly, and have been thrilled with the quality of images, way better than proprietary 3rd part ones used by my mates. Bargain for the money. VR is rarely a worry as not used on tripod ,but monopod is handy at...
