Beginner Looking at micro 4/3rds camera.

Unsure what I'm after hence the thread. I'd like to broaden my options as I've said already the 4/3 is all new to me. I'm off to a few stores today to have a browse and a feel of the cameras.

Yeah, ideally think I'd like a view finder. Screens are good but on sunny days (a rare occasion in England I know) it'd be nice to have a viewfinder so I'm not squinting at a screen to line a shot up.

Beginner Looking at micro 4/3rds camera.

Hello all, it's been a long time since posting in here. Sold up a while ago due to personal circumstances. However things are now on the up and I'm getting the photography bug again. I have always like the idea of a compact sized camera with interchangeable lenses. So my question is which are...

    HELP asap please

I was wearing surgical gloves and used the proper tool to remove the screens, everything's all nice and clean and back in proper place, focus is spot on and there is no dust on the sensor. Thanks all.

    HELP asap please

Hey all, I idiotically started to change the focus screen on my 40D, thing is I also remived the mirror with the focus marks on too!! Now I've put it back together but it won't focus, and it looks like the focussing screen (one with the focus points on it) is sat a little higher than it should...

    10 Stop

You could always try some welding glass, that way you haven't blown a wad of cash on something you may not use very often.

Poll: To grip or not to grip

I purchased a grip for my 20D the other day and I have to say, I'm already finding the camera better balanced with larger lenses on it, and it's now excellent for vertical shooting just feels much more comfortable.

    New Lens

Finally taken some shots with the lens so here they are. It's an ok lens for the money, however I'm still wanting more range so may treat myself to the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro or the Canon IS 70-300 after Xmas.

    New Lens

I did read that but as I said, I'm new to SLR and know that lenses have different fits etc. Thanks. Thanks for posting those, seems to be an ok lens for the money, only time will tell. I just wanted something with more focal length as the 18-55 does seem to lack. I will once I have the...
