Sorry if this has been asked before but i have seen different canon lenses. Red band, gold band, silver band and even broken bands. As i'm new here which would be best, Bearing in mind i cannot afford £2000 for a lens at the moment so which should i go for?. Looking for a good all round lens...

No not at all, jessops is not the only retailer thats guilty of this. Others are guilty aswell. IMO if you want to take good photos get a camera (Not a mobile). Cameras on mobile phones are ok to keep the image on your phone but when you upgrade you either swap them to the new phone instead of...
