Hi. Why not the Canon EF 400/5,6 L USM ? if you want a long, light and L series lens for birds and avionics also cheaper than 100-400.

Hi. Keep in mind that Sigma AF 50mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM, is a EX DG lens so, the better they have. Canon counterpart must be L series. The vignetting in canon 0.8@1.4 and 0.63 in Sigma (see photozone). I hope this help. Americo

Hi. I w'll put 2 or 3 hdisks in RAID 0 and if you use a 64 bit OS like said by Taztastic then 8 GB w'd be better, but if you are using a 32 bit OS then 4 GB is enough. I hope this helps. Americo
