Morning

I have been lucky enough to inherit one of these cameras along with some 120 Colour and Black & White film. :woot:

It looks absolutely fantastic and is in mint condition.

I can't wait to have a play but think I need to find a manual from somewhere first. Does anyone have any experience with this camera or have any tips?

Thanks

DnF

All the bronicas are pretty good and the lenses are generally much better than they get credit for but it's fairly safe to say that the quality tends to get better as the cameras get bigger.

Which is it that you've got? I'm guessing it's not the 6x7 but either one of the 6x6 SQ's or the 6x4.5 ETRS types. Both are going to give alot of fun and the best advice for either (in terms of getting the best results and learning the most) is to slow your shooting right down and make every single stage of making a photo a deliberate and concious decision.

Also, you're likely to get hooked on using it quite quickly so some time finding the best/most economical places to get the film processed will pay off pretty quickly. ;)

Thanks for advice.

It is a Zenza Bronica ETR with an AEII attached. It has a manual metz flashgun and SLR style grip that attached to the tripod mount.

There is definately more buttons on here then my DSLR. :)

I know nothing about the camera but one thing to add to dazzajl's post above, remember you only have '12' shots per roll so make them count :)

Bronica manuals can be found here

Hope it has`what you're looking for.

Fantastic! Thank you!

It is actually the ETR-Si which i have. I don't think i'm gonna be getting much work done today.
