Zenfolio - Poor Service

Have been with Zenfolio for a number of years and never really had any problems but the last couple of weeks the service has been really poor. Lots of downtime or when its up, its slow and features such as the search dont work.

What are my options if I wanted to change but still have the sales functionality that Zenfolio was so good at.

Have you tried asking them what's going on?

If it's a short-term thing problem that's being addressed, you might be as well staying put.
 
Paul, like you I have been with Zenfolio for a number of years and never had any real problems with their service. Again as you say the last few weeks there have been problems with servers going down and things not working as they should. My site seems to been running OK for the last few days without any glitches.

I think everyone using the Zenfolio service had at least an email from their top man explaining the problems and apologising for the downtime and service outages. If I were you I'd give them the chance to sort everything out before going to all the trouble of changing suppliers.
 
Anyone providing a service that relies on computers and networks will experience an issue at some point. The important thing is how they deal with it.
 
As a matter of interest Paul, do you use something to monitor the uptime of your zenfolio website? I have a zenfolio site but I dont generate revenue from it, and so many days or even weeks (at times) could go by without me checking it
