Anyone had anything from them?

I bought a voucher code from wowcher in mid November for an A2 size canvas from them, usual price 44.99, price with voucher was 7.99. Good deal at the time, I bought 2, one was for a Christmas present for someone and the other was to use at the start of next year for a family member.
I ordered one on the 24th November. Paid for a few extras on the order too just little things like extra couple of quid for the canvas over the edges as well and to have it varnished, thicker wood etc, not much but still.

It still hasn't arrived. I've rang them on about 3 different occasions to ask where it was, first time they said it would be there within a couple of weeks, second time they said in the first few days of the week starting the 17th (last Monday) I then called them on wednesday 19th and was told they were still finishing it off and I would definitely have it by the weekend. It didn't arrive and im still waiting for it. They are a nightmare to get a hold of and now they are closed over Christmas. So if it doesn't arrive tomorrow then it leaves me scrabbling around trying to find something for my brother for Christmas.

I know its not a lot of money but its the principle. How can it take a month to make and post a canvas?

I would have just bought from Ben @ trade canvas if it wasn't for this offer but i figured its got to be worth a punt at less than a tenner.

If it arrives tomorrow and its amazing, fair do's. If it doesn't arrive before Christmas ill be on the phone as soon as they are open again giving them what for, I understand they may be busy, but why say it'll be there when it wont? I don't like to complain and rarely do, but its just bugged me as it was a Christmas present. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow and I can stop whinging lol

That's ridiculous! Any decent print site will have your order out to you within a week, or not much over. You get a tracking number so you can trace it too.

You get what you pay for sometimes. I ordered an alloy box just over a week ago from printlounge, it cost £200 inc delivery to Ireland - pricey yes, but the quality is ace and it was here within a week from ordering.

I bought a 5ft canvas from tradecanvasprint about a month ago and it got here in 3 days and was amazing quality. I would have bought it from them again just thought i'd give it a go seeing as it was cheap. Hopefully it'll show its face tomorrow and all will be good and well!
