Hi all,
I've just spent some time updating my wesite trying to keep within my budget of £0....plenty of headscratching but i'm fairly happy with the result. If you have any time and fancy a look then I would be grateful for any constructive criticism, things lacking etc,etc. It's use is that of a business card really and a way for people to view some of my work, not to sell pictures from.

you could think about ditching the framing around all your pics
The dotted white lines put me off...too much of a distraction for me

Thanks for responding...do you have adobe flash player installed? I only ask as I don't get a dotted border around the pictures.
 
only a border on the "other" gallery for me. Some cracking motox shots too :)

The navigation buttons look a bit "rough" here
 
I think the nav buttons on the left are a bit rough for me too. If you changed them you'd have a cracking website ;)

Only a flash plugin for safari, so this maybe the reason why.
 
I like the pics, but I find the borders and lines in and around your website distract from them somewhat. If your photos are what you're using to sell then I'd suggest making them the primary focus and not inviting people to think, "Ooh, that's nice... Oh, what are those lines for..."

You may only have a few seconds to capture your audience. Don't let them spend that time thinking about anything else.
 
Slightly off topic (I don't know enough about web design) I think the Blackjack pic is AWSOME, sorry for sounding American.
 
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to have a look at the site. I appreciate all of your comments and when I get a spare few hours I will definitely act upon some of your suggestions.
