Im looking at download some more apps had the iphone a few weeks and i keep finding some many that are cool



what is your fav and why ?

SimpleDOF - a nice little app that when you put in the focal length and the aperture of the lens you are using along with how close you are focusing it tells you how deep the DOF is and what the hyperfocal length is.

I go through iphone apps like anything! Those that are currently on my phone aaaare:

Myst - If anyone's familiar with the myst games, this is by far the greatest gaming platform for the original, it's like it was made for the iphone!
twitterfon - damn handy for updates
myspace - not used much but it saves we logging onto the PC to check it.
facebook - by far the best app on my phone! I probably spend way too much time on facebook now though :S
fluide - (fun for about 30 seconds when you're bored.. helps a little I guess!)
Voice4Fun - lets you record yourself and speed up/show down reverse etc etc.. had far too much fun with this one!
Vint B&W - black & white camera, hardly use the thing but isn't a bad app
iChess - I always thought I was pretty good at chess, until I got this app.. I can't beat the thing :(
IM+ Lite - basically MSN on the phone, has been handy at times in I'm on the train on my own!
Ocarina (by Smule) - Being a bit of a zelda geek, I had to try this, so fun but I can't play it very well!!

Just getting Camerabag to play with too :)
 
iDaft - See if you can do a better job than Daft Punk at mixing one of their tracks (oddly addictive)
Tweetie - Probably the best twitter client I've tried
Sunrise/Sunset - Sunrise/set times for your location. New version does bearings as well.

ye its a game where you have to blast ragdolls from canons to hit a target, i think there are a 104 levels, and get quite tricky, was worth the £1.20 price tag...

facebook.......necc evil, but by god its hounded by bugs
brothers in arms ....great game but a little hard to control
pac man... needs no explaination
Space Invasion.....retro space invaders goodness
around me.....finds fooooooooood and beer
lockbox......keeps things safe
picvault......keeps other things safe
Trails........GPS tracker, great for recording routes when out in the wilds on my bike.
remote.....itunes controller, pretty cool really
twitterfon......not managed to see the point of twitter, must be doing something wrong
Crash Bandicoot......more racing goodness
Blocks classic.......retro gaming fun
iPity........totally pointless BA Baracass gibberish, works great if you can get to a PA system :D

I have downloaded it but never actually managed to get it to work. I think you need either broadband connection or a really good 3G signal to get the maps up whick defeats the object for me as I tried to use it rallying.
I use Path Tracker - although you don't get real time OS maps if your signal is good enough it will show you the Google ariel view and record your route. I've used this loads recently to mark photography locations.
