You reading any Photography Books at the moment?

The Complete Photographer by Andreas Feininger - again :)

The Digital SLR Expert Landscapes - Tom Mackie - William Neill - David Noton - Darwin Wiggett - Tony Worobiec.
I am find it a very good read with lots of tips

I have borrowed that from the Library a couple of times, as you say a very good read.

I know you'll all have read this already, but I'm on 'Understanding Exposure' by Bryan Peterson.

+1, for the 2nd time

John Blakemore's Black and White Photography Workshop. Courtesy of Oxfam :).

I'm less than 100 pages in but have been pleasantly suprised to have found it pretty inspirational. Reading slowly and savouring it

BTW don't let the title fool you, apart from some very specific printing stuff, everything applies to digital too. Reccomended so far...

Ch.1 The process of photography : relationship, recognition, realization
Ch.2 Thinking photography : the tulip journey
Ch.3 Previsualization : the zone system
Ch.4 Postvisualization : the print
Ch.5 Developing the subject

on the xmas wish list along with d90 for dummies LOL

Understanding Exposure is a great, easy to understand book for beginners, with rare tips and tricks on aperture, shutter speed and light.
You may also find photography.pro interesting, it's a new great resource for the best photography books.

I'm trying to get through Light: Science and Magic, i'm not much of a reader though and its taking me ages!:'(

I'm trying to get through The Hot Shoe Diaries by Joe Mcnally and some Black & White book by Roger Hicks & Francis Schultz. It's been pretty tough going, I hate maths and really couldn't get to grips with DLogE curves so I started reading Andy McNab instead. Two books later I've started the B&W book again, this time it's sinking in a bit better.

Next up are the Nick Brandt books I'm getting for christmas which I suspect will be nothing about technique and all about inspiration. Hopefully I'll get the new Rankin book too.
